Our specialized epoxy flooring offers a non-slip play surface that cleans easily and dries quickly. For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of current vaccination for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the canine influenza vaccinations.
Yes- each new dog daycare visitor starts with an evaluation day, which gives us a chance to get to know them, observe their behavior, and see if they’re comfortable in our play environment. It also lets your pup get familiar with us and our pet resort! This process is important to maintain safety and helps us determine your dog’s best playmates or which program they prefer. After a successful evaluation, your dog’s first full day of play is free of charge.
We’ll greet your pup and give them a chance to get familiar with our team and our resort before introducing them to a few of our most mild-mannered daycare regulars. We’ll observe your dog’s play habits, comfort level, energy level, and personality to select the ideal playgroup for them. If they seem not to prefer the group environment, we’ll recommend our custom play program, which includes one-on-one play with a staff member. At the end of the evaluation, we’ll tell you all about how your dog’s visit went, what they did, and who they made friends with!
Safety is always our top priority, and part of this is always scheduling the right number of staff for the expected number of dogs attending daycare every day. For this reason, we do require dog daycare reservations. Please give us a call to schedule—we’re often able to accommodate short notice or same-day reservations outside of busy holiday periods.

Yes, we’re happy to provide safe dog daycare for intact pets in San Jose. While we’re not able to accept females in or near a heat cycle, many unspayed and unneutered dogs play with us every week.

Yes! If you don’t need a full day of play, you’re welcome to drop your pup off just for a half day. Visits longer than 6 hours count as a full day, and anything less is a half day visit.
